Robert S. Galvin, MD
Chief Executive Officer, Equity Healthcare / Operating Partner, Blackstone
Dr. Robert Galvin is the Chief Executive Officer of Equity Healthcare (EH) and an Operating Partner at Blackstone.
Before joining Blackstone, Dr. Galvin was Executive Director of Health Services and Chief Medical Officer for General Electric (GE) for fifteen years, where he was in charge of the design and financial and clinical performance of GE’s health programs. He was also responsible for health policy strategies affecting employees. Dr. Galvin is a nationally recognized leader in the areas of market-based health policy and financing, quality measurement, and payment reform. His work has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine and Health Affairs. He is a co-founder of the Leapfrog Group and founder of two other groups, Bridges to Excellence and Catalyst for Payment Reform (CPR), all innovative non-profits that have helped drive the quality agenda.

Dr. Galvin is a member of the Institute of Medicine and serves on the boards of Real Endpoints and CPR, where he is Chairman. Dr. Galvin is Professor Adjunct of Medicine and Health Policy at Yale. His work has received awards from the National Business Group on Health, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Chief Operating and Innovation Officer
Andreas Mang is the Chief Operating and Innovation Officer
Andreas Mang is the Chief Operating Officer of Equity Healthcare. He is responsible for core operations, client relationship management, vendor relationship management, sales, marketing, and innovations sourcing within Equity Healthcare. Andreas brings nearly twenty years of healthcare experience to Equity Healthcare, having held various roles in healthcare finance, operations, and strategy.
Prior to joining Equity Healthcare, Andreas was the Vice-President responsible for national provider network operations at CareCentrix, a leading home health benefit management company. At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, he held a variety of roles including a leadership role identifying and implementing administrative cost savings opportunities throughout the organization, and ultimately designing a new corporate business model. He also supported the creation of innovative ways to improve the quality of care in Massachusetts. This included exploring innovative P4P programs, privileging programs, benefit process redesign, and the implementation of programs that support wellness. In addition, he held roles as the Manager, Strategic Financial Planning at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting in Boston. He has a B.S. in Healthcare Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business Administration.
Jon Camire, FSA, MAAA
Chief Financial and Analytics Officer
Jon Camire is the Chief Financial and Analytics Officer
Jon Camire is responsible for financial evaluation, benchmarking, and modeling of health plan performance optimization for existing and potential EH Member Companies including benefit design alternatives, clinical programming, and innovation partner opportunities.
Prior to joining Equity Healthcare, Jon served as Vice President of Financial Modeling with Unum, spearheading the modernization of the actuarial and financial management capabilities across the enterprise. Prior to Unum, Jon operated his own health actuarial and healthcare reform consulting practice supporting payer, provider, employer, and government clients in navigating the risks and opportunities of the rapidly evolving health system dynamics. Earlier in his career, he held actuarial leadership roles with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts driving employer informatics, Commercial product development, Medicare Advantage and Stop Loss. Jon holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Chief Informatics Officer
Blake Zenger is the Chief Informatics Officer
Blake Zenger is the Chief Informatics Officer of Equity Healthcare. Mr. Zenger is responsible for managing the information systems and leading consultative analytics to generate improved benefit plan performance for the EH Member Companies.
Before joining Equity Healthcare, Mr. Zenger ran his own successful informatics company consulting for health organizations such as the Mayo Clinic, Harvard Pilgrim, Health Dialog, and the BCBS Association. Prior to that, he worked at Mercer and Truven Health Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters and MEDSTAT) specializing in health informatics, health data warehousing, decision support systems, benefit plan performance metrics, and report design. In addition to possessing strong technical and analytic skills, he is one of the sector leaders in creating customized and usable health management information. Mr. Zenger received a B.S. from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Michelle Harika, PharmD

Michelle Harika, Pharm.D. is the Chief Clinical Officer
Michelle Harika is the Chief Clinical Officer at Equity Healthcare. Michelle is responsible for the oversight and results of the EH-dedicated clinical units operated by multiple vendors. She leads improvement strategies established by clinical data analysis and vendor partnership to generate increased value for the EH Member Companies.
Before joining Equity Healthcare, Michelle worked at WellPoint, where her primary oversight and responsibilities included clinical care center operations, performance monitoring, and improvement strategies. Prior to WellPoint, Michelle’s clinical practice focused on diabetes education and management, for which Michelle holds specialty certification. Michelle is a former Board Member and Chair of the Awards Committee of the Richmond Pharmacists Association and past president of Central Virginia Association of Diabetes Educators. Michelle received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia.
Diana Childs is the Project Analyst
Diana Childs is the Project Analyst of Equity Healthcare. Diana manages and implements strategic initiatives to improve Equity Healthcare operations and service, in collaboration with EH Member Companies, suppliers, and PE firms. She also supports the Chief Operating Officer in all aspects of core operations, client relationship management, vendor relationship management, sales and marketing, and innovations sourcing.
Prior to joining Equity Healthcare, Diana spent several years working at New York Presbyterian Hospital in revenue cycle management and patient experience consulting. Other previous positions include international public health management consulting in the Dominican Republic and researching the relationship between political regimes and health outcomes. Diana received a B.S. with Honors from Cornell University and an M.P.H. from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
Michael Cutright is the Assistant to CEO
Michael Cutright is the assistant to Equity Healthcare CEO and Blackstone Operating Partner, Dr. Robert Galvin. In this role, He works with all members of Equity Healthcare on various projects to implement key initiatives and interfaces with customers and suppliers.
Michael’s previous professional experience includes three years as an executive assistant at Ziff Brothers Investments here in New York City as well as two seasons in sales at the Asolo Repertory Theatre in Sarasota, Florida. An avid Hatha yogi and meditator, he volunteers at the Sivananda Yoga Ranch in the Catskill Mountains. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a B.A. in French and Italian, and is a native of metro Detroit, Michigan.
